Minute of silence for gender-based violence at the Coliseum
Getafe C.F. and Atlético de Madrid join LALIGA's initiative
Getafe C.F. joins the campaign 'Sports against gender-based violence'. An initiative of the Higher Sports Council (CSD) and the State Secretariat for Equality and the Eradication of Violence against Women launches this Friday the campaign.
As in other LALIGA matches of matchday 13, Getafe C.F. and Atlético de Madrid observed a minute of silence before the match held at the Coliseum corresponding to the league championship. In addition, both teams carried a banner that read: "Sports against gender-based violence".
