Ángel Torres, awarded at the 10th Vicente del Bosque Awards in Villa de Alalpardo
Our president was one of the awardees among the great figures of sports.
The 10th Vicente del Bosque Cadet Tournament, held in Alalpardo (Madrid), was the setting for an emotional recognition event honoring prominent figures in Spanish football and communication. The gala was hosted by journalist Roberto Gómez. Among the awardees was Ángel Torres, our president, for the club's remarkable trajectory in the First Division.
Ángel Torres received the award accompanied by José Luis Martínez-Almeida (Mayor of Madrid), Miguel Ángel Medranda (Mayor of Alalpardo), Vicente del Bosque himself, and Paco Díez (President of the RFFM).
Additionally, our president presented both the Mayor of Madrid and the Mayor of Alalpardo with a 75th-anniversary ball for each of them.
The event also featured the presence of personalities such as Enrique Cerezo (President of Atlético de Madrid), Raúl Martín Presa (President of Rayo Vallecano), David Aganzo (President of AFE), and Alejandro Blanco (President of the Spanish Olympic Committee), among other prominent figures in Spanish sports.
The tournament, now established as a key event in youth football, has also become a space for recognizing those who have left their mark on this sport, both on and off the field.
