The Getafe CF Foundation raises 2,233 euros for the solidarity initiative "Goals Against Childhood Cancer"

The Getafe CF Foundation has successfully concluded its participation in the solidarity initiative "Goals Against Childhood Cancer," promoted by the Unoentrecienmil Foundation, achieving a remarkable fundraising effort aimed at supporting research against childhood cancer.

During the month of February, the club's youth football teams that joined the initiative donated 5 euros for each goal scored in the selected matches, turning every goal into an act of solidarity.

Thanks to the involvement and commitment of players, coaches, and families from La Base, the Foundation has managed to raise a total of 2,233 euros. This amount will be entirely allocated to research projects aimed at accelerating the cure for childhood cancer.

The active participation of all the teams involved has highlighted the importance of joint efforts and the unity of the sports community around causes that go beyond the sports field and contribute to social well-being.

In this way, the Getafe CF Foundation reaffirms its commitment to the community and to the values of solidarity, effort, and teamwork, fundamental pillars of its educational and social project.
