Ricardo Caballero Escribano has been appointed as the new manager of Getafe B.

Born in Getafe, a graduate in Tourism, and holding a Level II Football Coach certification, Ricardo began his career at the club in the 2017/18 season as the delegate of Cadete B. Since then, he has taken on various responsibilities within the blue academy, moving through Cadete A, Juvenil B, and Juvenil A, until becoming, four seasons ago, the coordinator of the sports area of La Base.

During this time, he has carried out planning, organization, and coordination work, contributing to the growth and development of the academy's structure.

In this new role as manager of Getafe B, he will take on the institutional representation of the reserve team.
