Francho Serrano, new player of Getafe CF

Getafe CF and Real Zaragoza have reached an agreement for the transfer of Francho Serrano, who becomes a new player for the Azulones. The midfielder has signed with our club until June 30, 2029.

Born in Zaragoza on October 17, 2001, Francho Serrano joins Getafe CF at the age of 24 to strengthen the Azulones' midfield. He is a right-footed footballer, 1.80 meters tall, who primarily plays as a central midfielder.

Francho Serrano was developed in the youth ranks of Real Zaragoza, a club he joined at a young age and where he progressed until reaching the first team.

He has accumulated experience in various levels of professional football and has played more than 160 matches with Real Zaragoza's first team. Additionally, he has international experience with Spain's youth national teams, earning two caps with the U-21 team.

In the 2022/23 season, he played 37 official matches, 36 of them in LaLiga Hypermotion, while in the 2023/24 campaign, he participated in 23 games, totaling over 1,700 minutes of competition.
