Getafe C.F. wanted to pay tribute to the former CD Tenerife player
The Coliseum observed an emotional minute of silence before the match between Getafe C.F. and Brighton & Hove Albion, corresponding to the third matchday of the UEFA Conference League.
Before the start of the game, players from both teams paid tribute to Jesús de Miguel, former player of C.D. Tenerife, who passed away during the match his team played against F.C. Andorra in the Second Division.
David Soria, captain of Getafe C.F., wore a blue shirt with De Miguel's name in memory and tribute to the footballer.
