1. SCOPE

GETAFE CLUB DE FÚTBOL, with registered address at Avenida Teresa de Calcuta, S/N, 28903 Getafe (Madrid), and Tax ID No. A78388667 (hereinafter, the “CLUB”), will promote an initiative called “Signed Shirt Giveaway 25/26 Season” (hereinafter, the “Contest”), aimed solely and exclusively at all persons who participate under the terms and conditions set out in these rules. The participation procedure and operation of the initiative will be communicated and promoted, among other CLUB communication assets, on its website (https://www.getafecf.com), its social media channels, and its email communications. A draw will be held among all participants, resulting in one (1) winner, who will receive the prize indicated in these rules.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST

The purpose of this Contest is to raffle one (1) prizes among all participants. The Club will manage the Contest through its digital assets.

PRIZE

The winners will receive as a prize one (1) 25/26 season kit shirt signed by the first-team players.

The winners will be selected on June 8, 2026. For this purpose, one (1) winner will be chosen, and the procedure for collecting the prize will be communicated by email.

The prize may not be exchanged for cash, nor may it be changed, altered, offset, or transferred at the winner’s request. Likewise, the prize is personal and non-transferable, and will therefore be awarded only to the winning person.

PARTICIPATION PERIOD

The Contest will begin on February 5, 2026, and will end on June 7, 2026, at 23:59. Participation will only be possible during this period.

The Club reserves the right to modify the duration of the Contest, with prior public notice via its Website, and to modify or change these terms and conditions in whole or in part, as well as to postpone, interrupt, or end the Contest at any time.

PARTICIPANTS AND PARTICIPATION RULES

The Contest is open to participation by any person who has the legal capacity to be bound and to give consent.

Participants will have only one entry per participant. The Club reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude from this Contest any participant who breaches the rules of good faith, engages in deceitful or inappropriate conduct, uses fraudulent means, or fails to comply with these rules in any respect.

CONTEST MECHANICS AND SELECTION OF WINNERS

To select the winners, a random winner selection tool will be used, such as App-sorteos, Easypromos, Agora Pulse, Sorteados, or a similar tool.

For these purposes, all participants who meet the above requirements and do not incur any of the disqualification grounds described in the previous section will be included.

In the draw, one (1) winner will be selected from among all participants. The prize will be declared void if the winner cannot be contacted.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The Club will contact the winners via an individualized communication to inform them of the prize obtained in the Contest. The winner will have 24 hours to indicate, through the same channel, whether they accept or decline the prize and to provide their contact details (name, address, and telephone number). The prize will be deemed declined if the winner does not respond within the stated period.

The Club shall not be responsible if it is unable to contact the winner and, consequently, cannot award the prize due to incorrect data provided and/or technical issues. In such a case, the prize will be declared void.

Acceptance of the prize by the winner implies granting consent to the Club to use, for disclosure purposes, the winner’s name and image in promotional material related to this Contest.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTEST RULES

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions by each participant.

Likewise, the Club shall not be liable if, due to circumstances beyond its control or force majeure, the Contest cannot be carried out under any of the terms specified above, without any further obligation for the organizers other than publishing the new mechanics through similar means to those used for its initial dissemination.

CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION

All winners, by the mere fact of participating in this Contest, undertake to maintain secrecy and confidentiality regarding any data or information to which they may have access in connection with the Contest in general, regardless of the medium in which such information is contained, whether oral, written, or by any other means.

This obligation shall remain in force throughout the process and even after it has ended for any reason.

LIABILITY

The Club excludes any type of liability for the organization and development of the Contest and, in particular, by way of example but not limitation, shall not be responsible for:

  • Any non-compliance or infringement of any kind related to this Contest, and it shall be exempt from any liability in the event of any loss suffered by participants in relation to the prize and other aspects of this Contest.

  • Any improper use of the prizes by the winners.

  • Any situation in which there is an error in the data provided by the winner that prevents their identification.

  • Malfunction of postal services (expressly, it shall not be responsible for possible losses, damages, theft, or any other circumstance attributable to postal services that may affect shipment of the prize) or telephone and/or electronic communication networks that prevents proper operation of the Contest due to reasons beyond their control, and especially due to external acts of bad faith.

  • Any damages and losses of any nature that may be due to the temporary unavailability or lack of continuity in the functioning of the services through which participation is carried out, the failure to achieve the usefulness that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, failures in access to different pages and submission of participation responses via the internet, or telephone communications enabled for such purpose.

Likewise, the participant releases the Club and its collaborators from any liability and shall hold them harmless against any claim as a consequence of damages and losses—physical or of any other kind—that winning participants may suffer due to any act or omission not attributable to them and which may derive from the activity carried out with the awarded prize.

In addition, the Club expressly reserves the right to:

  • Modify or suspend the Contest, provided there is justified cause or force majeure preventing its completion, undertaking to give sufficient advance notice of the new rules and/or conditions or, where applicable, its definitive cancellation.

  • Replace the prize with another of equal or greater value where justified cause exists or due to force majeure.

  • Postpone or extend the Contest period, as well as interpret these legal rules.

  • Shorten, extend, modify, or cancel the Contest if exceptional circumstances arise that prevent it from taking place, communicating such circumstances so as to avoid any prejudice to participants in the draw.

  • Exclude from the Contest, for justified cause, any user who defrauds, alters, or undermines the proper functioning and the normal and regulated course of the Contest.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as any applicable national law, we inform you that the Club will process the personal data you provide by virtue of your participation in the Contest for the following purposes, and only if you have consented to them by ticking the relevant checkboxes:

  1. Participation and administration of the Contest: The Club will include your personal data as a participant in the draw in order to conduct it, contact you if you are selected as a winner, and manage the proper delivery/execution of the prize.

  2. Sending commercial communications to publicize and promote the Club’s activities: The Club may, with the participant’s prior consent, send commercial communications by electronic means (email) and other equivalent means (telephone, SMS, mobile messaging applications) regarding the dissemination and promotion of activities inherent to its corporate purpose, as well as those of other entities with which it has a collaboration agreement.

  3. Profiling: The Club may, with the participant’s prior consent, create profiles based on automated processing in which the fields provided will be filtered in order to obtain a result aligned with your profile. Data processing for this purpose does not foresee any consequence that may have a legal effect or otherwise significantly affect the participant.

In this regard, the Club undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data provided, to use it in accordance with the purpose for which it has been requested, and to adopt all measures to prevent its alteration or loss and to prevent unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The legal basis for the data processing carried out is the consent granted by each participant.

Participants’ personal data will be kept strictly for the time necessary for the development of the Contest and for any applicable legal retention periods. Data used for sending commercial communications and for profiling will be retained indefinitely, unless the participant requests to unsubscribe from the Club.

The participant will have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request its deletion or, where applicable, request limitation of processing, when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. To do so, a written request may be sent to info@getafecf.com, specifying the request and including, where applicable, a photocopy of the national identity document or equivalent supporting documentation. Finally, we inform you that you may submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and other competent public authorities regarding any claim arising from the processing of your personal data.
