1. SCOPE

GETAFE CLUB DE FÚTBOL, with registered address at Avenida Teresa de Calcuta, S/N, 28903 Getafe (Madrid), and tax ID number A78388667 (hereinafter, the “Club”), will promote an activity called “Draw for 2 Tickets – Real Madrid Match 25/26” (hereinafter, the “Contest”), aimed solely and exclusively at individuals who participate under the terms and conditions established herein.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST

The purpose of this Contest is to draw, among all participants, two tickets for the Getafe C.F. – Real Madrid C.F. match of Matchday 9 of LALIGA EA SPORTS 2025/2026. The Club will manage the Contest through its digital platforms.

PRIZE

The winner will receive two tickets for the Getafe vs Real Madrid match to be held on October 19, 2025, at the Coliseum.

The winner will be selected on October 16, 2025. One (1) winner will be chosen and notified by email with the details on how to claim the prize.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item, nor altered, compensated, or transferred by the winner. Likewise, the prize is personal and non-transferable, and will be awarded only to the winning individual.

PARTICIPATION PERIOD

PARTICIPANTS AND RULES

Each participant may only submit one entry. The Club reserves the right to automatically and immediately disqualify any participant who violates good faith, acts dishonestly or inappropriately, uses fraudulent means, or breaches any of these terms.

CONTEST MECHANICS AND WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected using a random selection tool such as App-sorteos, Easypromos, Agora Pulse, Sortea2, or any similar platform.

All participants meeting the eligibility criteria and not disqualified under the above rules will be included in the draw. One (1) winner will be selected. If the winner cannot be contacted, the prize will be declared void.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The Club will contact the winner individually to inform them of their prize. The winner will have until October 17, 2025 (10:00 a.m.) to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide their contact details (name, address, and phone number). Failure to respond within the given time frame will be considered a rejection of the prize.

The Club shall not be held responsible if it cannot contact the winner due to incorrect data or technical issues. In such cases, the prize will be forfeited.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Club consent to use their name and image for promotional purposes related to this Contest.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions by each participant.

The Club shall not be liable if, due to external causes or force majeure, the Contest cannot be carried out as planned. In such cases, the Club’s only obligation will be to publish new conditions through similar communication channels.

CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION

LIABILITY

The Club disclaims any liability related to the organization or development of the Contest, including but not limited to:

  • Postal issues (loss, damage, theft, or similar) or communication network failures preventing proper execution of the Contest.

  • Temporary unavailability or technical failures of services involved in participation.

Participants release and hold harmless the Club and its collaborators from any claim, damages, or injuries—physical or otherwise—arising from participation or use of the prize.

The Club also expressly reserves the right to:

  • Modify or suspend the Contest for justified reasons or force majeure.

  • Replace the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Extend or shorten the Contest period, or interpret these legal bases.

  • Cancel the Contest under exceptional circumstances, with due notice.

  • Disqualify any participant who defrauds or disrupts the Contest’s proper functioning.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national laws, the Club informs participants that their personal data will be processed for the following purposes, only when consent has been granted:

  1. Participation and management of the Contest: The Club will use participants’ personal data to conduct the draw, contact the winner, and manage the prize.

  2. Commercial communications: With prior consent, the Club may send promotional communications by electronic or equivalent means (email, phone, SMS, messaging apps) regarding its own activities or those of partner entities.

  3. Profiling: With prior consent, the Club may perform automated profiling to tailor communications to participant interests. No profiling will have legal or significant effects.

The Club commits to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all personal data in accordance with current legislation.
