Contra

In the second project in Primera he joined Cosmin Contra. The Romanian footballer had played for Deportivo Alavés, Atlético de Madrid and Milan AC. He quickly established himself at right back and scored memorable goals in European competitions: against AEK Athens and in the quarterfinals against Bayern Munich, in both qualifying matches. Contra has the honor of being the only one to date who has played and coached for Getafe in the First Division.
